POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Cabinetry Millwork Installer is the final stage of the production process and is responsible for quality installation of all cabinetry, millwork and trim of all projects throughout the Southeast US. This position works on various commercial job sites which may require overnight travel and travel to various locations to complete the projects.

  • Provide the highest level of quality standards while maintaining a professional attitude while in warehouse and on location completing installs
  • Ensure work is completed as requested by the customer, project manager, field operations manager and work to meet the needs and standards of all
  • This position will work under time constraints and specific timelines
  • Practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Attend all mandatory training as needed
  • 1 year of construction, millwork, trim work experience preferred
  • Must be experienced in a warehouse environment using and being around heavy machinery
  • Ability to read prints
  • Experience in all aspects of custom layouts
  • Is able to follow instructions
  • Resilient in adapting to many work styles and is able to shift attention quickly without sacrificing quality.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  •   Cabinetry installation, construction finishing experience or 3 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent carpentry and hand tool skills
  • Experience with handheld power tools
  • Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per Adam’s Group vehicle policy
  • Ability to be versatile between working within in a team or independently as needed
  • Proven ability to multitask in a professional environment
  • Periodic travel will be required
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed to complete projects
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

 

WORK HOURS:

Average of 45-50 hours per week. Start time 6:00 am; finish time 5:00 pm (subject to change based on job need), or the necessary hours needed to perform successfully.
