POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Trim Carpenter is the final stage of the production process and is responsible for quality installation of millwork, and trim of all projects. 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of millwork, trim work experience required
  • Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
  • Ability to use PlanGrid and other general construction software
  • Experience in all aspects of custom layouts
  • Must own and be proficient with the use of all tools needed for the position
  • OSHA 10 certified preferred
  • Provide the highest level of quality standards while maintaining a professional attitude 
  • Ensure work is completed as requested by the customer, project manager, field operations manager and work to meet the needs and standards of all
  • This position will work under time constraints and specific timelines
  • Practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Attend all mandatory training as needed
  • Is able to follow instructions
  • Resilient in adapting to many work styles and is able to shift attention quickly without sacrificing quality.

WORK HOURS:

Average of 45-50 hours per week. Start time 7:00 am; finish time 5:00 pm (subject to change based on job need), or the necessary hours needed to perform successfully.
